Therapy is a process for developing insight into thoughts, issues or behaviors and then generating specific interventions and strategies to promote change, growth and fulfillment in a person’s life. My approach to treatment is collaborative and based on engaging your personal strengths and your inner resources.

I offer compassionate and non-judgmental therapy in a supportive environment to allow you to explore a path toward personal growth and healing. Whatever challenges you may face, therapy can be an extremely vital and useful tool on your journey. The end result of successful therapy will be restored hope, increased self-confidence, and greater fulfillment and joy in your life.

I appreciate the courage it takes to face challenges and struggles, to learn to believe in oneself and to emerge stronger and capable of finding happiness in life through the healing power of therapy.
